Sorry to hear about Kaitlyn, but she knows as well as anyone, if your head isn't in the game - it's over. She's going to blaze that trail the next go round!!

In the meantime I put together a rather lengthy recap of my experience during the 750 this year. Tons & tons of pics. Enjoy!  thumbsup

@John,
Awesome writeup and photo collection! Was hoping to run into you during this year's CTR, which will be my 3rd and final attempt, but I understand how you might need a break from ultras after this year's AZT. Congratulations!

Thanks Barry!! Best of luck in the CTR, I'll be pulling for you.

**ATTN: AZTR750 finishers past & present - Did you know the 750 qualifies as officially completing the Arizona Trail by the ATA? Did you also know that the ATA now has an official finishers award? A nifty copper plated belt buckle. Mine came in the mail y'day. Fill out a trail completion survey, choose either a buckle or pin and style of metal finish (polished, tarnished, accented or oxidized) and pay S&H. That's it. Plus, your name & finish time will be posted on the finishers list.

Spread the word.
