Has anyone heard from Lucas Weikart or Gary Fenton?  Both of their SPOTS show Leadville locations but no call ins or change in movements.

Gary Fenton is out.  He lost the call in number.

Kurt Ireland called in to say he’s out! He busted a pedal and can’t seem to find a place to fix it. And Zach Allen called in from near Hwy 50 where he and Marco Capote are camped.

Congrats to Kevin!

Yep, looked like a 20 mile detour for John Ross, with the wrong turning coming just before he was about to make contact with the first of the 5 riders immediately in front of him. As you said DaveH, he was making good progress up the field for a flatlander pretty much throughout the race. Shame, but at least he did correct the mistake and has made it on to Silverton, and though a couple of racers have caught up to him, I expect him to not lose any places even if he's unable to catch up to the same people in front again...

Sending good route finding vibes for the rest of the race John!

Jarral make a wrong turn before Orphan Butte or GPS tracker out of position...hopefully things sort out soon for him.

Looks like Jarral figured it out before he dropped too much further toward HWY145.  Probably set him back over an hour.

Congrats to Garrett Peltonen for his finish this morning.  Probably some fun night riding coming into the Big D.

Does anyone know why Zack Gray has been off the trail on a rock slide for 9 hours? Is he really there?
Jarral and EH have just gone by there. Great runs for them! Good luck finding the trail! icon_biggrin

Scott Wallis called in to say he’s out with a bad knee. Kimberly Kerschke called in to say she’s out! And Zach Guy called in from Durango! He’s enjoying some post-finish McDonald’s!

Less than a mile between Eszter and Jarral in the battle for 4th. And Eszters Spot point was a whole 6 minutes later so she might be even closer!

Lucas here,
Got pretty sick around the camp Hale area just before Tennessee pass and had only slept an hour that night. Ended up scratching in Leadville. I seemed to have bad digestive issues going over a very rideable georgia pass, but walked mostly all of it then got the breckenridge and had a lot of yogurt. That seemed to do the trick but the bad night in Camp hale was rough and ultimately led to the scratch. Soar throat and fever, probably altitude sickness.
I emailed Stefan about the scratch but still notice im on there.

Jarral is in Durango and looking for food!  The family, Anne, kids Lila and Julian are there and parents.   He rode the last day with a broken axel - some how.
