hi, i was just looking at the file now also, considering a 'maybe' trip from PA.....
i have to agree with AZT tripper on the possibilities that could happen with the way the loop is routed, and the nature of how things get when people are tired, etc.
this looks like it was a TON of work though!! really nice putting it all together.

Fun to watch an event this late in the season! Looks like some good riding weather for a few days! Hope they can get done before the front arrives early next week.

Whew - looks like everyone (DT?) is finally down for some R&R. It's been an exhausting first day watching all those hill reps. Currently 22 miles separating #1 and #2  or ~5 hrs of night riding!

Wow! DT (Dylan Taylor) is pulling a bigger gap this morning. He doesn't seem to be affected from his 3rd place finish at the Smoke n Fire 400 just a couple weeks ago. Going strong!

Have you seen this?

Also, if you get there early enough in June, there is a gravel race you could do.  Gold Rush Gravel Grinder.  June 6th. Good source for local trail info, I'm sure.
