I've recently read about Jesse Carlsson's win in the Trans Am and now I'm trying to do a bit of research about the best Australian racers now in the past years.  If you know about Aussie bikers and their achievements in recent ultra races please write here!  Thanks

An obvious one at the moment but Seb Dunne was up there with the leaders until his fork failed in the current Tour Divide. His wife Bethany is also racing and quite an accomplished endurance athlete. Jesse Carlson is also a Tour Divide vet.
