I remember when this list could be counted on one hand.  Then two.  Now it's gotten huge!  I'm no longer going to try to keep track of the exact date of each (some are hard to pin down, too).  So we will keep it going listed in order, with the leading number being the month the event is usually held.  Let's work to keep the links current.

Please post in this thread if you know any new events, or have an updated link for any below!  Thanks -- Scott.

The Comstock Epic will be returning for it's second year with a new 300 mile option in addition to last year's 500 mile route.  The start/grand depart dates will be June 10th(500 miler), and June 11th(300 miler).
For any California people, the start/finish logistics of this one aren't as daunting as many races out there.  Trevor and Ted Oxborrow(organizers) are even getting together some shuttles to get people out to the starting line(Utah border- 500mi; Austin, NV- 300mi).  The race finishes at Lake Tahoe, so it's only a couple hours drive from Norcal.

Wow a great list!   The Florida Divide, is it a race or just a ride?

AR700 (Alberta Rockies 700km) Grand Depart-June 19th 2016 7:00am Mountain Time, Hinton, Alberta.

http://www.albertarockies700.com/

https://www.facebook.com/events/1653233641589345/

This is a fully self supported bike packing event. The route is over 80% gravel. It will be run similar to events such as the Tour Divide and other long distance self supported rides. The grand depart will take place in Hinton Alberta and the route will end in Coleman Alberta. The route follows the first range of the Rocky Mountains with grueling climbs and epic downhills all along the route. Along the way you will pass through small towns with a history of coal mining, ride beside glacier fed creeks and see some amazing mountains all around you.

This event is fully self supported, no outside help other than what you can find or buy along the way. Services are extremely limited on this route, so you will need to pack accordingly. Water crossings are plentiful in the first half of the route, but may be more sporadic on the second half.

We have the Alberta Rockies 700 kicking off on June 19!

More climbing per KM than the Tour Divide. Thankfully, its a whole lot shorter!
