So I was zooming in on 10 mile and noticed a charlift? Kensho Superchair? It's top is near the CT. I don't remember seeing this the few times I have crossed the peak. Can you just not see it from the trail? I have never skied Breck.

I think it must be the new Peak 6 expansion encroaching north along the ten mile range

It is the Kensho superchair that you speak of, and you can also see Imperial in the background as well. A picture from last weekend.

Ahh must be the lack of oxygen that I missed it.  icon_scratch

Neil is picking them off one by one. It will be interesting to see how many he can pass.

Just thinking of how car tires are rated for different speed and wondering if Neil's tires are rated for the crazy speed he is running.   AMAZING

Stomach isn't doing so great so I opted to drop into Bailey and will try to get some breakfast in the morning and asses whether I should continue. If so, I'll be taking the 285 detour since I had all of taryall I could stand yesterday.

Neil is pacing fast and ahead of Ben and Jefe at the same elapsed time.  But I cant understand how both of them blazed through BV in the middle of the night so fast and didn't seem to stop in Mt. Princeton either!  Have they upped the game and are surviving on pine cones and mudpies?  Looking closer at Neil, I am comparing his pace from 2014 and he's tracking really close to the same splits on his actual spot points (his spot hasn't updated in 45 min).  If he can hold his pace without his knee blowing up he'll be setting himself up to challenge 4 days!  Exciting to watch it unfold and way easier than being out there Wink

I might be missing it on my phone but could the record pace ghost dot be added like it was for the TD? Adds a bit of fun.

Jefe crossed HWY 50 around noon and increasing his lead over Ben.  For someone that was just 'touring' it he's still pushing himself hard!  If he keeps with it he will have no problems making it to Silverton before the stores close at 9pm.  If things go really well its possible to make it from hwy 50 to Silverton in 28 hours putting him there at 4pm leaving a full 5 hour buffer.  Missing that is a major bummer though since its highly doubtful he'd have enough food left to get to the finish forcing him to wait till the stores open at 7am.  I know he's thinking about that already!  Weather will be a bit of a factor today too since it looks like he's getting rained on right now but hopefully tomorrow will be clear!   There's a good battle for 3rd going on too (not counting Neil)!

It is nice in Gunnison area! And looking east. Just high clouds keeping it cool that don't look like rain... but you never know!

Neil is one day exactly behind starting right?
