I am developing an unhealthy desire to go do this RTP ride but definitely thinking of making it a 3-dayer. I live between Co Springs and Denver and also looking to do some S24O stuff in the coming weeks/months. Looking for any enthusiastic folk who might like to join. I'm not a racer, but love to be out there doing stuff.
Ring the Peak is a ride around Pike's Peak, for anyone who's not familiar. A segment of the route still has to do shoulders on a busy road (8 miles I think they're down to now) - great writeup from Scott Morris ten years back which is what made me want to do this (but not in one day!).

Some good dispersed camping to be done out in those woods. Open to other fun stuff too, while we wait for the high country to melt off.
