I apologize if this was already posted before.


In the fall of 2011 Cyclists pioneered The Virginia Mountain Bike Trail, an 480 mile (772 km)  off-road connector route spanning the length of Virginia's Allegheny & Blue Ridge Mountain Ranges.

I don't think that there is an official, released route yet.  I put together a best guess route...from descriptions and the map that was shown in the video.  Check this thread for an overview map of the mid-Atlantic:
