Still following this. Planning on being out in early april. Deciding between Coconino and the Fools Loop. What can I expect weather wise on either of these routes? Thanks
Everything and anything. Seriously. Could be hot in the lowlands, probably near freezing up on Mingus, Bill Williams Mtn. & Flagstaff at night. Rain = Death mud on many sections of both routes. Plan for either, but keep a keen eye on the 10-day forecast and go from there. We're currently experiencing a series of storm tracks in the desert. Kinda messing up my plans!!
