Anyone know how many miles this is?  Any stories or suggestions?  Newbie bikepacker looking to do it soon.

Depends on what you do for a detour around lost creek...

hwy 285 is nice for the newbie because that would give you a great re-supply and there's a few warm beds to crash at...

terryall is alot longer and not as much in the way of resupply

distance is prob about 75ish going 285?

and add about 30ish for terryall,  those who are the gps dorks can chime in with a better idea of mileage....  wouldn't go over Georgia pass after September 25 without watching the weather really close

Thanks.  Got the guidebook today.  Gonna focus on camping the whole time and pounding it out in 2 days.

I'm going Denver to breck starting Sunday..well, actually to Salida. are you going from Breck to Denv in that direction?

Is the terryall route super boring?

maybe more boring if your trying to get though it quick... my personal preference is just riding 285 and getting it outa the way quick
