I'm looking to put together a 4 day bike packing trip here in BC. I'm looking for ideas on potential routes, ideally there should be some great single track riding involved.

Would love to hear any suggestions people have.

Thanks!

Chilcotins. Nothing more to be said. If you want a true back country, alpine adventure bike packing type trip, it's the best.
Get the 'Southern Chilcotin Mountain Trail Map' by Trail Ventures BC.

Lee Lau has a very useful site with maps and inspiring adventures.

Good Luck.

Second the Chilcotins, but there is no resupply once you hit the single track and food pickings in bralorne/gold bridge can be thin to unavailable depending on the time you go through town.  We did a trip 2 years ago and rode the Hurley from the Pemberton side to get some extra mileage before getting into the Spruce Lake trails for 2 days.

You could also ride some of the single track in Squamish, then take the sea-to-sky trail along the old Cheakamus Challenge racecourse up to Whistler, ride the Valley Trails, KMTM, maybe comfortably numb to young lust (or all of CN if you are feeling sparky!). We didn't have theopportunity to try it, but you might then be able to link into the Soo Trail and get all the way to Pemberton.  We use Revelate bags and found our bikes handled so well fully loaded that we could still ride some really fun and technical trails.

The Sunshine Coast has some really good possibilities too with a nice mix of single track, logging road and proximity to towns.

We are always willing to talk and daydream about bikepacking over a beer...

Cheers, Sportsman's wife (He logged into bikepacking on my computer)
