Hi,
Looking for comments on durability, stiffness and comfort/breathability (subjective I know) on the Pearl Izumi X-Alp Seek series shoes vs a more traditional 3 strap mid grade shoe like the X-Alp Enduro, Giro Teraduro, Shimano ME series or the like.
*How does the tread hold up? have you had any delaminating issues? Any issues with the shank cracking/failing?
*How is the pedalling stiffness? are they noodley through the fore foot or comparable to more traditional mid grade mountain bike shoes? I'm not looking for carbon roadie stiffness.
*Comfort hike-a-biking. Do they actually walk as comfortably as the design alludes?
