Staying fed while training for endurance events is like filling a sieve with water. While I'm out in the woods I have no problem staying fed, since I have a nearly limitless supply of calories within reach, but at home and at work I find it hard to eat enough to keep up with my voracious appetite.

I'm looking into some sort of high calorie protein shake I can drink right when I get to work and right after my ride back home.

What do you guys do to keep up with all that? 3 meals a day just isn't enough!

My post ride is the following...
25-40mL grassfed whey protein
6-9mL glutamine
6-9mL bcaa
6-9mL maca
3-5mL vitamin C
mixed with water
Sometimes I throw some Ucan superstarch in there too.

Followed by...
Pulled pork/beef brisket, fries and coleslaw combo from the bbq joint up the street from my house!  icon_biggrin
Sometimes followed by a whole foods power cookie.
Every Friday post ride. I live to ride and ride to eat!
