Has anyone wired their sinewave to the wires intended to power the rear headlight?  Would the power not be sufficient to charge a cellphone?  I currently have the sinewave and light on seperate connectors so I can't have both the charger and light going at the same time

Unlikley unless you are moving at a good clip. I can charge and have the LuxosU on (during daylight hours) only when moving 16-18mph and up. Once I drop below that the charge cuts out when the cache battery drains.

I built a switch for mine so I can toggle between charge / lights.
