Not sure if this is the place for this (Admins please move if not)... But I have a crazy idea for a new Bikepacking/Ultra race here in Europe. I'd like to dip my toe by organising a shorter event for next summer first and understanding more of what is involved. Can any of you fine, experienced people give me any pointers as to things I may not have considered?
