I know we have a post you your rigs section in the bikepacking pages but I thought it'd be cool to have a place for people to share their leaned down and refined race ready bikes and kits. I don't have anything to contribute (yet) but am hoping to join the ranks this year  icon_biggrin
Maybe add a little comment on what and why you chose certain pieces of kit etc..

I'll play! Here is my rig from CTR 2013
Niner One9
34x23 gearing
I think my gear was about 17 pounds without food and water if I remember correctly (I might not be) The bike was around 20-21 lbs
AC Race wheels, Maxxis Icon 2.35 up front, 2.2 in the back
No Sleeping bag; Used an ultalight bivy, Tarp, space blanket and sleeping bag liner
Revelate Bags - Have never let me down
Flat Pedals and 5.10 shoes - zero blisters with over 100 miles of pushing my bike (estimated)
Clothing: I used an adidas Outdoor ultralight wind jacket, a micro puffy vest, rain pants and jacket, extra shorts, shirt, socks
Sawyer water filter.  I broke a bag out there, but had two thankfully.

Good luck with your fist race Addy - keep us posted on how it goes
