I did a search but haven't seen anything I like.  Has anyone made a tool pouch? I have a select set of tool I carry but they are just loose in a gas tank style bag. I want to make something that has different size slots/pockets for different tools. Then a flap maybe with velcro, then fold over to close. I want it to be  would be small & tight, no more rattles.  Then it can go into a primary bag.
can someone point me in the right direction...

There are lots of tool rolls out there, I've made a couple but for tools/emergency-gear for the trunk of a car; on the bike tool kit would be the same, just a bit smaller.  Do a google image search for "tool roll" and you'll see lots of examples.  Linsey Strange has a really nice one here:  http://lindseystrange.com/examples/5

Of course mine were either Cordura or XPac.   glasses2

That's the general idea but much smaller.
