Step 1) Buy Icebreaker Sphere t-shirt and pop tags.
Step 2) measure twice (or thrice).
Step 3) cut once.
Step 4) add hidden separating full zipper.
Step 5) enjoy your new UL baggy full zip jersey.  thumbsup

Thanks Yagi. I've been riding a bunch too, the weather and trails have been so good this 'winter' but I had to finally give myself some time to hit the machine again. Not enough hours in the day lately getting prepped for AZT. Things are coming together though.

What thread did you use to sew the zipper in with? I have a couple of IB merino T's that have some small holes in them and I was trying to figure out the best way to patch them up so they don't get any larger.

Gutermann 100% polyester. Fully the recommendation of the person at the store I bought the zipper from. It worked great. I'm going to do the same with some other merino items I have that have little holes in them.

Thanks for the response. I'll have to track some of that down. Smiley
