Took a job across the country and need to thin the bike herd. So, I'm selling my practically new mean green touring machine. Purchased new last year (got the manuals if you need 'em), I'd say it has between 250-500 miles on it. I've swapped out the handlebars for a Velo Orange Crazy Bar, the tires for Big Apples, and the seat for a WTB Pure. Otherwise stock.
Because I'm clearing out the garage, I'm tossing in a bunch of other stuff so you can take full advantage of the bike's remarkable flexibility. Want it to be a mountain bike? Toss on the Salsa MotoAce handlebars and WTB Exiwolf's that came with the bike. Want to tour the Katy? Keep the Big Apples on, toss on the rear rack and a pair of panniers. I'm even throwing in a pair of front racks and a Rock Shox Tora fork that I had laying around. (Fair warning, the fork is 100mm and the frame is spec'd at 80mm, so maybe you need the fork for something else?)
Asking $1150 for the lot. Located in Kansas City, prefer local sale and willing to drive an hour or two. Thanks for looking!
