Hello,

I received my phantom pack seat bag in the mail today to add to all of my other MEC bags as shown in the picture. I will also be carrying a very small backpack with a bladder. I am just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on where or how I should pack things on my bike.

I plan on going for a five to six day ride with stops every day where I can get extra food and water. We will be camping along the way. This will take place in the middle of June so it shouldn't get too cold camping along the way. I will be riding in a group of four so we should be able to share some communal gear such as cooking gear and maybe a tent. I would prefer to carry my own lightweight shelter if at all possible.  I have been looking into the nemo gogo tent but it appears to be sold out Sad. For those of you who haven't seen this product yet it looks amazing! http://www.nemoequipment.com/product/?p=Gogo+LE

I am somewhat new to this so any advice on what to take and how/where to pack it would be appreciated.

Have a look in the "Personal Setups" link at the top of this page - lots of good advice in there!

I have a kit list you can download and edit here http://www.farawayvisions.com/bikepacking/bikepacking-kit-list/
It's for a couple - male and female.
