Just wanted to pass along a good word about the customer service at Revelate Designs. Ordered a full set of bike bags from them and there was a mix up to a local pickup at their Anchorage location. After I spoke with Becky at Revelate she not only shipped the item for free but also credit me back for my trouble giving 10% off my order. They were awesome to deal with and rectified the problem in a timely fashion. Real class act company and glad I went with them.
